However, we want to emphasize that this is just the beginning of the conversation. While these resources provide valuable information, nothing can replace the richness of face-to-face conversations and personal connections. Our church is a welcoming and open space, and we encourage you to reach out to our pastors, leaders, or fellow members to engage in meaningful discussions and deepen your understanding. Are we associated with a denomination? We are a contemporary and non-denominational church. For over a decade we have been a partner church with a large and notable evangelical organization, the Association of Related Churches. We are legally autonomous, independently led, separately operated, and solely accountable to our leadership. ARC is a cooperative of independent churches from different denominations, networks and backgrounds who strategically resource church planters and pastors helping them to reach people with the message of Jesus.

Women in ministry?

Our Church Governance - Church for the Harvest is a Classical Hybrid model as it merges elements of all four of the classical forms of government taking the strengths of each classical government while minimizing their weakness. The Classical Hybrid model has three separate boards; yet, four key entities: The Lead Pastor; The Trustees (Financial board); The Pastoral Care Team (Staff Elders); The Overseers/Spiritual Advisors (the crisis and mentoring board). We have provided some great reading around this topic here.
